摘要
目的:为进一步提高处女膜修补的成功率,对传统的手术方法进行改进,以防止以往修补术后处女膜裂口不能很好地愈合而达不到修复的目的。方法:在传统的处女膜裂口分层缝合的基础上,行荷包缝合进行加强,并在术后5～7天拆线时随防,记录伤口愈合情况。结果:术后5～7天,30例患者中24例完全愈合,完全治愈率80.0%;57个伤口50个愈合,伤口愈合率87.7%。结论:荷包缝合可以促进处女膜裂口修补后的愈合,可以常规用于处女膜修补术。
Objective We find some ruptured hymens could not integrate perfectly after mending by the traditional hymenorrhaphy. To make the hymens clefts closed thoroughly to meet patients＂ needs, we reform traditional hymenorrhaphy and observe the results. Methods After layer suture of hymen clefts, we did purse string suture from the outside of hymen and followed all patients closely to observe the results on the fifth to seventh day postoperatively. Results On the fifth to seventh day postoperatively all clefts in 24 of 30 cases had been repaired successfully and the cure rate of patient was 80 percent; 50 in 57 clefts were cured and the cure rate of clefts was 87.7 percent. Conclusion The purse string suture from the outside of hymen can promote the layerly sutured hymen clefts to heal thoroughly. We suggest the purse string suture can be used in hymenorrhaphy generally.
