摘要
目的探讨如何提高处女膜修补的成功率。方法观察破裂处女膜的组织厚度和形态,统计分型,根据不同类型选择不同的手术方案,严密随访。结果破裂处女膜绝大多数为裂隙形、分块形与菊花瓣形等,其组织厚度有明显差异。30例患者中有14例(46.7%)一次手术修补成功。裂隙形治愈率100%,分块形治愈率49%,菊花瓣形治愈率17%。结论不同类型处女膜治愈率不同,根据不同处女膜类型选择是否手术或采用何种手术是提高治愈率的关键。
Objective To discuss how to improve repairing of the ruptured hymens. Methods We observed the shapes and tissue thickness of the ruptured hymen,then selected the appropriate method to repair according to the different types and followed the results. Results In these cases the shapes of ruptured hymens were devided into three types that were different in tissue thickness.There were 14 among 30 cases(46.7%) cured after the primary operation.The difference in the cure rates of three types was obviously. Conclusion The types of ruptured hymens which are related to the repairing results is the key point to decide if the case shoud be repaired and select the appropriate operation .
