髌股关节不稳定的临床治疗研究进展被引量：1

摘要髌股关节不稳定是骨科常见症状,好发于青少年,通常与运动相关,长期的髌股关节不稳定将会导致关节软骨面的异常磨损破坏、髌骨软化直至膝关节退行性病变伴随的关节运动功能受限。髌骨脱位是造成髌股关节不稳定的重要因素之一,在所有膝关节损伤中,髌骨脱位大约占3%,发病率约为1/1 000,大部分髌骨脱位患者是年轻人（年龄在10-16岁之间）,而且女性居多[1,2]。
