摘要
目的探讨关节镜下五联手术治疗髌股关节外侧高压综合征的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月在该院治疗的90例髌股关节外侧高压综合征患者,所选患者按照随机抽签法分组,每组45例,观察组用关节镜下五联手术进行治疗,对照组用常规治疗方法,对所有患者进行1年随访,对比两组患者术后恢复情况,包括患者膝关节疼痛情况、膝关节功能改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节疼痛评分(2.13±0.12)分,明显比对照组的(4.12±0.26)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=46.618,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节功能评分为(83.62±2.33)分,明显比对照组的(61.62±2.43)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=43.837,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率占比为97.8%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.200,P<0.05)。结论对髌股关节外侧高压综合征患者实施关节镜下五联手术治疗,可改善患者的膝关节疼痛度,提升患者膝关节功能,临床疗效良好,可推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic five-unit surgery for the treatment of lateral patellofemoral hypertension syndrome.Methods Selected 90 patients with lateral patellofemoral hypertension syndrome treated in this hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.The selected patients were divided into groups according to a random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with arthroscopic five-unit surgery.The control group used conventional treatment methods.All patients were followed up for one year to compare the postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients,including the knee joint pain and the improvement of knee joint function.Results After treatment,the knee pain score of the observation group was(2.13±0.12)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.12±0.26)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=46.618,P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function score of the observation group was(83.62±2.33)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.62±2.43)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=43.837,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than the 80.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.200,P<0.05).Conclusion Performing arthroscopic five-unit surgery for patients with lateral patellofemoral hypertension syndrome can improve the knee joint pain of the patient and enhance the knee joint function of the patient.The clinical effect is good,and it can be popularized and applied.
