摘要
目的:探讨膝关节退行性病变所致功能障碍采用温针灸结合超短波治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2009年5月-2011年5月笔者所在医院收治的膝关节退行性病变的患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例采用超短波治疗,观察组40例采用超短波结合温针灸治疗,就两组临床结果对病变所致功能障碍的影响资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合超短波治疗膝关节退行性病变所致功能障碍操作简单,易于推广,临床效果满意,显著改善了患者生存质量。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of dysfunction caused by knee degenerative disease with temperature acupuncture combined with ultra-short wave.Methods： 80 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 knee degenerative lesions were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases of ultrashort wave therapy group of 40 patients observed using ultrashort wave combined with warm acupuncture treatment.Two sets of clinical results of lesions caused by dysfunction data were analyzed retrospectively.Results ： The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture temperature combined with ultra-short wave treatment of knee degenerative lesions dysfunction caused by simple operation, is easy to spread, with satisfactory clinical resuhs and significantly improve patient quality oflife.
