摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)在生物中广泛存在,在调控植物生长和发育方面起重要作用。多种非生物逆境会影响植物生长,不同逆境胁迫还会使植物相应的miRNA诱导或下调表达,有时一种miRNA会同时受几种逆境胁迫影响。本文综述了植物中参与温度、水分、盐、养分、氧化、ABA、重金属及其它非生物逆境胁迫的miRNA及其作用机制的研究进展。
MicroRNA (miRNA) is widespread in organism. It plays an important role in regulating the growth and development process of plant and animal. Plant growth process may encounter various abiotic stresses, correspond- ing miRNA may induce or reduce the expression of a plant according different stress, sometimes some miRNA will also respond to several stresses. This paper reviews the miRNAs of plants involved in temperature, moisture, salt, nutrients, oxidation, ABA, heavy metals and other abiotic stress and their mechanism.
