摘要
本文调查发现人体外耳道蠕形螨感染率为32.4%(耵聍分离)和63.5%(切片显示)。螨寄生于毛囊和皮脂腺,一个毛囊中一般可见1~6个虫体断面,病变主要是表皮角化过度,毛囊口扩张,毛囊内角质层增厚,部分有角质栓形成;上皮钉脚伸长,真皮乳头层可见以淋巴细胞为主的细胞浸润。在有螨寄生的毛囊周围炎细胞反应较邻近无螨寄生的为强烈。同一切片无螨寄生的毛囊、皮脂腺多数无明显组织学改变。因此认为人体蠕形螨是有致病性的。
Presented in this paper is the respective infection rate of 32.4%(658/2034)separated from cerumen and 63. 5%(40/63)by biopsy and autopsy of human Demodex in the external acoustic meatus.It can be seen in the mierotome section that the hair follicles and the sebaceous glands are usually found in a single fol- licle.The pathological changes result mainly from the hyperkeratosis of the epidermis,the expanding of the follicle orifice,the thickening of the cornified layer in the follicular,the partial formation of keratotic plugs, the extension of the fete pegs,with cellular infiltration,chiefly of lymphocytes,as seen in the dermis papil- lary layer.The inflammatory cell reaction around the hair follicles parasitized by mites is found more intense than that around the proximate ones without parasitization.For the same mierotome section,most of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands without parasitization are found of no distinct histological changes.Human De- modex is therefore considered of pathogenicity.
