摘要
目的 :确定百特药液对皮肤及眼结膜有无明显的刺激作用。方法 :在家兔和人体 (自愿者 )上直接涂搽百特药液和将药液直接滴入家兔眼睛中 ,观察药液对皮肤及眼结膜刺激后反应。结果 :该药液涂搽皮肤和滴入兔眼后对皮肤及眼结膜无明显的刺激反应。结论 :该药液对皮肤及眼结膜无刺激作用 。
To inquire whether directly the Better medicament the stimulating effect on the skin and eye mucous membrane or not.Methods:The Better medicament was directly infricted on the skin and droped in the eye of rabbits and human body(volunteer) so that we observed its reactivity.Results:The medicament had no stimulatiog effect after being directly infricted with the Better medicament.Conclusions:This medicament has no distinct stimultion on the skin, eye mucous membrane and has significance to further clinical verification test
