摘要
目的 :筛选治疗外耳道瘙痒症的理想药物 ,以期从根本上治疗该病。方法 :采用分组用药 ,并按双盲法观察疗效。试用药物为百特药液、 1 .0 %酚甘油、氯霉素眼药水 ,4 %硼酸酒精和生理盐水 (对照 )。结果 :四种药物中百特药液对外耳道瘙痒症的治疗效果显著 ,近期治愈率达 84 %。结论 :百特药液是临床上治疗外耳道瘙痒症大有希望的药物 。
Objective:screening the ideal treating medicine on the meatus acusticus externus so that the disease could be cure entirely Methods:The groups were treated with different medicine,the curative effect was observed by double-blind technique The experiment medicines were Better menicament,1 0% phenol glycerin,chloromycetin eye droppers,4% boric acid alcohol and physiological saline(control) Results:Among these four medicaments,the Better ear droppers is the most distinct efficacy,with the recent curative recovery rate of 84% Conclusions:Better medicament had been proved the most promising medicine in treating pruritus of meatus acusticus externus
