摘要
总结了近年来国内外超临界CO2与液体体系(油类与有机溶剂类)的相平衡及溶解度研究成果,目前高压相平衡实验研究主要采用静态法,动态法、可变体积的高压釜法,其中,可变体积高压釜法具有诸多优点受到重视。为进一步摸索超临界CO2与液体体系的热力学规律,科研人员在相平衡究试验数据基础上进行高压汽液相平衡计算寻找合适的相平衡模型,在溶解度数据测定的基础上推导溶解度方程。超临界CO2与液体体系的相平衡及溶解度研究为实现以超临界CO2为萃取剂的废油再生技术提供理论依据,具有重要的现实意义和指导价值。
Both phase equilibrium and solubility research of supercritical CO2 and liquid system( oil and organic solvent) at home and abroad are summarized. At present,the high- pressure phase equilibrium research mainly uses static analysis method,dynamic analysis method and variable volume autoclave method. Since variable volume autoclave method owns many advantages,which has been highly attracted attention. In order to explore the pattern of thermodynamic for supercritical CO2 and liquid system,high pressure vapor- liquid phase equilibrium model and solubility equation were calculated and deduced based on the experiment data. The research on supercritical CO2 and liquid system has theoretical significance and important guiding value,which is very useful for the regeneration of waste lubricating oil.
