锦纶在超临界二氧化碳中的染色研究 被引量:12

摘要 在温度60-110℃、压力16—22MPa的超临界CO2试验条件下,对锦纶6和锦纶66织物进行染色,考察了影响超临界CO2染色的主要因素,测定了锦纶织物的耐摩擦牢度。试验结果表明,在一定压力下,染料的上染量随着温度的升高而增加,在100气左右上染达到平衡;在一定温度下,染料上染量随着压力升高而增加:相同条件下锦纶6上染量高于锦纶66;不同染色条件下超临界CO2染色锦纶的耐摩色牢度不低于水浴染色工艺。 Dyeing process of nylon 6 and nylon 66 are carried out under the conditions of temperature 60- 110℃ and pressure 16 -22 MPa, factors exerting influence on dyeing results are discussed, color fastness to rubbing of nylon dyeings are determined. Results show that in supercritical carbon dioxide system, dyeing temperature, pressure and textile texture have an obvious impact on the dye uptake. Under the specific pressure, the dye uptake will increase along with the temperature arising, until arrives the equilibrium at 100℃ ; under the specific temperature, dye uptake will increase with the pressure increase. Dyeing behaviors of nylon 6 are superior to those of nylon 66 under the same dyeing conditions. Rubbing fastness of nylon dyeings in supercritical carbon dioxide is similar to that in traditional water-based process.
