摘要
用实验室建立的正反循环式气液平衡仪,在65 .0 —18 .0 ℃、常压至10 M Pa 压力范围内,测定了甲烷、乙烷及摩尔比1∶1 的甲烷乙烷混合气在新疆风城超粘稠油中的溶解度、平衡体系的气液相组成、气体饱和稠油的粘度和密度数据。讨论了溶解度、粘度和密度与温度、压力和气体性质的关系。
The solubilities of methane, ethane and their mixture of equal molar ratio in viscous crude oil of Fengcheng, Xinjiang, and the viscosities and densities of the gas saturated viscous crude oil are measured at temperature 65.0, 100.0,135.0, and 180.0℃ and pressure up to 10 MPa with a gas liquid equilibrium apparatus created in the laboratory of Inst of Chemistry. The experimental data show that the solubility in and thus the viscosity reducing capacity for the crude of ethane are much more higher and more sensitive to temperature and pressure than that of methane. An empirical equation for viscosity against pressure p(p=f(x),where x is the molar fraction of gas in crude) at constant temperature is suggested.
