摘要
目的探讨抑郁大鼠模型左右海马细胞凋亡率的改变。方法 SD大鼠20只均分为两组:模型组采用慢性轻微应激刺激21d建立大鼠抑郁模型;对照组不作处理。采用流式细胞术测定大鼠海马细胞凋亡率的变化。结果模型组大鼠左侧海马细胞凋亡率高于对照组[(10.97±0.78)%vs.(6.63±1.23)%](P<0.05),而两组大鼠右侧海马细胞凋亡率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论抑郁症大鼠海马细胞凋亡呈不对称性改变。
Objective To investigate the changes of cell apoptosis rate of the hippocampus in rats models with chronic mild stress-induced depression.Methods Twenty SD rats were equally divided into two groups.The rats in group A were given chronic mild stress for three weeks to establish the depression models,while those in group B were taken as the normal controls.Cell apoptosis rates in both sides of the hippocampus were detected by flow cytometry.Results Cell apoptosis rate in the left hippocampus was higher in group A than that in groyp B[(10.97±0.78)%vs.(6.63±1.23)%](P〈0.05),which in the right hippocampus was not significantly different between two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion An asymmetrical hippocampus injury exists in the rats with chronic mild stress-induced depression.
