摘要
目的:研究肠腹宁颗粒组成药物白头翁、木槿花及其醇、水提取物的止泻作用,筛选其有效成分。方法:建立小鼠腹泻模型,通过观察小鼠小肠的推进作用研究肠腹宁颗粒、白头翁、木槿花及其提取物的止泻作用,筛选有效成分。结果:肠腹宁颗粒(中、高剂量)、白头翁、木槿花及其提取物均可明显抑制番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻,且高剂量肠腹宁颗粒的止泻效果优于中剂量,醇提取物的止泻效果优于水提取物,肠腹宁颗粒的止泻效果优于白头翁、木槿花;肠腹宁颗粒、白头翁、木槿花及其提取物均可明显降低小肠推进率,且醇提取物抑制作用最强,肠腹宁颗粒的肠推进抑制作用优于白头翁、木槿花。结论:肠腹宁颗粒具有较好的止泻作用,且止泻效果与剂量呈正相关,白头翁与木槿花配伍止泻效果优于单味药,且醇提取物止泻效果优于水提物。
Objective：Objective：Study the Anti-Diarrhea effects of Changfuning Granules（CFNG）,and it,s Radix Pulsatillae（RP）,Flos Hibiscus（FH）,the different extracts（water,alcohol）,Screening effective parts.Methods：Diarrhea in mice model was established,observed the small intestine propulsion,so study the Anti-Diarrhea effects about CFNG,RP,FH and the extracts.Results：CFNG（middle and high doses）,RP,FH and the extracts inhibited significantly the mice diarrhea caused by senna leaf,the high dose is better than the mi-ddle dose,the alcohol extract is better than the water extract,CFNG is better than RP and FH.CFNG,RP,FH and the extracts lo-wer significantly rate of small intestine propulsion,the alcohol extract is best,CFNG is better than RP and FH.Conclusion：CFNG has good anti-diarrhea effect,the effect is proportional to the dosage,the effect of the compatibility is better than that of sing-le medicine,the alcohol extract is best.
