金樱根、茎抗炎作用的对比研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:对金樱根、茎不同溶剂提取物进行抗炎作用的对比研究。方法:采用蛋清所致的小鼠足跖肿胀炎症模型,观察金樱根、茎不同溶剂提取物对急性炎症的对抗作用;采用小鼠琼脂皮下注射法的肉芽肿炎症模型,观察金樱根、茎不同溶剂提取物对慢性炎症的对抗作用。结果:金樱根的70%乙醇提取物的抗炎作用要明显强于金樱茎70%乙醇提取物,同时金樱根的水提取物的抗炎强度要明显强于金樱茎水提取物。结论:金樱子根和茎提取物有抗炎作用,且二者有显著性差异。 Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of extract from roots andstems of rosa laevigata. Methods: Firstly, acute anti-inflammatory effect of extract from roots and stems of rosa laevigata was determined by mouse voix pedis swelling assay induced by albumen. Secondly, chronic anti-inflammatory effect of extract from roots and stems of rosa laevigata was examined through the mouse granuloma test induced by hypodermic injection agar. Results : Anti-inflammatory effects of 70% ethanol and water extracts of rosa laevigata roots were significantly stronger than those of rosa laevigata stems. Conclusion: Extracts of rosa laevigata roots and stems both exhibited remarkable anti-inflammatory effects in the animal models of acute and chronic inflammation, moreover two types of extracts had significant difference.
