肉毒素-A在难治性喉接触性肉芽肿的治疗应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究应用肉毒素治疗复发难治性喉接触性肉芽肿的疗效。方法对13例复发1次以上病理证实为声带炎性肉芽肿的患者采用CO2激光手术切除和辅助肉毒素治疗，治疗后随访1～1．5年。结果13例患者均治疗成功，声嘶消失。随访1—1．5年，13例难治性喉接触性肉芽肿患者无1例复发。结论CO：激光手术切除和辅助肉毒素A治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗难治性声带接触性肉芽肿方法。
