抑酸药物治疗时间对咽喉反流疾病的疗效影响 被引量：4

摘要 咽喉反流疾病（laryngopharyngeal reflux,LPR）是指胃内容物反流至食管上括约肌以上部位,引起一系列咽喉部症状和体征的总称。临床症状主要为：声嘶,咽喉疼痛,咽部异物感,持续清嗓,慢性咳嗽,呼吸不畅感等;咽喉部体征则有声带后联合区域黏膜增生、肥厚,声带弥漫性充血水肿,肉芽肿等。近年国内发病率有逐渐上升的趋势。
