他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风临床疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法收集2013年1月~2014年9月我院诊断为白癜风的45例患者作为本次研究对象,每例患者选择大于4cm^2的皮损区域接受308nm准分子激光和他克莫司软膏治疗,共计皮损45处,定义为联合组。再选择一处相仿大小皮损作为空白对照,仅接受他克莫司软膏治疗,共计皮损45处,定义为对照组。对比两组治疗结束时治疗有效率。结果联合组和对照组治疗有效率分别为75.6%、40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究认为他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风疗效满意。 Objectivo To investigate the effect of Tacrolimus Ointment combining 308nm excimer laser on leucoderma. Mothods 45 cases of leucoderma were selected in this research. The observation group for 45 spaces of skin lesion area (〉4cm2, one space for one person) were using Tacrolimus Ointment combining 308nm excimer laser and control group for another 45 similar spaces were using Tacrolimus Ointment. The effect was compared between two groups. Results The effect in observation group was significantly higher than in control group (75.6% vs. 40%, P〈0. 05).Conelusion There is a significant effect of Tacrolimus Ointment combining 308nm excimer laser on leucoderma.
