摘要
目的观察乌体林斯注射液治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将白癜风患者82例随机分成免疫调节剂乌体林斯注射液治疗组及常规治疗对照组,进行临床疗效及血浆内皮素-1、血清免疫球蛋白的观察和比较。结果加用免疫调节剂乌体林斯注射液治疗白癜风的疗效优于常规治疗(P<0.05),并能明显提高患者血浆内皮素-1的水平、降低血清免疫球蛋白IgG的水平(P<0.01)。结论免疫调节剂乌体林斯注射液治疗白癜风疗效确切,值得进一步研究。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wutilinsi injection in treating vifiligo. Methods 82 Cases of patients were randomly divided into the test group treated with immunomodulator and the control group with conventional therapy, The survey was conducted on clinical effect, endothelin-1 and serum immunoglobulin IgG. Results Wutilinsi injection had a better clinical curative effect ,which was remarkable than that by conventional therapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）, It could significantly improve endothelin-1 and reduce serum immunoglobulin IgG （ P 〈 0, 01 ）, Conclusion Wutilinsi injection had a precisely clinical effect on treating Vitiligo ,which is worth to be investigated further.
