摘要
模具工业在国民经济中扮演的角色越来越重要,已经融入到各种加工制造行业。针对某品牌洗衣机专用三通管进行注射模设计,首先,分析了塑件工艺性,提出了一模二腔、镶嵌式和平衡式布置型腔的思路;然后,选择以最大截面为原则的分型面和便于成型的侧抽芯;最后,为了排气顺畅,设计了推管强制脱模。经过仿真实验验证了该模具可以满足设计要求。
The mold industry has played an important role in the national economy,it has been widely used in various of manufacture field.The paper designed injection mold of the plastic three-way pipe of washing machine.Firstly,the injection process of the plastic three-way pipe was analyzed,and proposed idea of one module and two cavities,insert structure and balances layout.Secondly,the parting surface and side core pulling was designed based on the principle of the largest crosssectional area and easy to mold.Finally,forced demoulding was designed for exhaust of entire structure.Simulated test showed that the design can meet the requirements.
