摘要 模具工业的发展与现代工业的发展密切相关,模具是用来成型各种工业产品的重要工艺装备,是机械制造工业成型毛坯或零件的重要手段。在本次三通管模具设计中,充分体现Pro/E在注塑模具设计中的高效与便捷,通过对塑件结构、材料、用途及参数等进行分析,确定模具采用一模两腔的布局;采用易去除浇口的潜伏式点浇口,保证塑件质量;采用推管推出的方式,保证推出力平稳,使塑件不易发生变形。设计流程还包括分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统、侧抽芯机构和推出机构的详细介绍。利用Moldflow Plastics Insight6.1对塑件进行CAE分析,根据参数选取相应的注塑机,并验证模具结构设计的合理性。 development of mould industry is closely related to development of modern industry, mould is an important process equipment for molding of various industrial products and a critical means for molding of blanks or parts of machinery manufacture industry.Design of three-way tube mould fully embodies high efficiency and convenience of Pro/E for injection mould design. Through analysis on structure, material, applications and parameters of plastic part, layout of one mould with two cavities, used by the mould, is determined. Use submarine pin-point gate, which can easily remove the gate, to guarantee the quality of plastic part. Use push-out mode via push tube to guarantee stable push-out force so that plastic part doesn' t easily deform, design process also includes detailed description for parting surface, gating system, cooling system, side core-pulling mechanism and push-out mechanism. Use Mouldflow Plastics Insight 6.1 to conduct CAE analysis on the plastic part, select corresponding injection molding machine in accordance with the parameters and verify reasonability of mould structure.
