摘要
分析了三通管的结构特点,在此基础上设计了三通管注射模,重点介绍了模具分型面的选择及侧向分型与抽芯机构,阐述了模具工作过程。实践表明,模具工作可靠,塑件质量符合客户要求。
The structural characteristics of a 3-way tube jection mould was designed. The selection of parting were discussed in detail. Also the working process of practices showed that the mould operated stably and ers＇ requirements. connector were analyzed and the inline and the core-pulling mechanism the injection mould was stated. The the quality of products met customers＇ requirements.
