摘要
采用1978～1999年中国分省的面板数据，使用更为一般的超越对数生产函数（Translog production function），并对模型设定做了各种严格的假设检验，重点考察改革开放以来我国地区间生产效率差异及其变化。此外，试图找出影响生产效率的决定因素。结果发现，我国各地区的生产效率水平都不高，而且增长缓慢，地区差异明显。影响生产效率的主要因素有人力资本和地区因素、时间因素。
In this paper we use the Chinese provincial data from 1978 to 1999, and we take the more general translog production function forms. We do some strict econometric tests and focus on the regional technical efficiency difference and its change. Moreover, we hope to find some determinants of technical efficiency. The findings are regional efficiency growing slowly, and the regional difference is significant. Time is the most important factor affecting regional efficiency.
