摘要
用流场相似原理,将网络器尺寸按几何相似放大,定量测出丝道管内上下两股气流的压力,确定两股气流交叉处的压力平衡点位置及该位置与网络器丝道和气道直径比的关系,证明了丝道管内存在涡流现象。
In the paper, based on the principle that pneumatic fields are similar, the size of interlacer is amplified according to similar geometric structure, pressures of upstream and downstream air current interception with the thread route are tested quanititatively, balance points of air current pressure at places where upstream and downstream air current intercepts and the relation between balance points and diameter ratio of thread route and air flue are defined. It proves that there is vortex flow in thread route. This provides theoretical and experimental foundation for clarifying further network processing principle. .....
