摘要
提出了网络丝质量现场检测与评价的方法。利用光电传感器系统和计算机系统 ,对网络丝直径进行现场检测与分析 ,定量地阐明了喂入率、空气压力和纺丝速度对各种评价指标的影响。实践证明 ,现场检测法测定的交络数、交络间距与显微镜目测数据极其相近 ,测试时间由 1 50 h缩短至 2 min。
The on\|the\|spot quality evaluation and testing method for interlaced yarn were proposed. The diameter of interlaced yarn was measured and analyzed on the spot with photoelectric sensor and computer system. The influence of feeding rate, air pressure and yarn speed on the quality index was quantitatively described. The number and distance of tangles measured by on\|the\|spot evaluation agree well with those visual values with microscope. The test time decreases from 150 h to 2 min.
