网络器丝道截面形状对长丝运动的影响

摘要 为探讨丝道截面形状对长丝运动的影响,设计和使用光纤传感器来测试化纤长丝在3种不同形状丝道截面上的运动情况。光纤传感器分布于丝道截面的水平方向和垂直方向,通过长丝是否将光线遮断来判断其在丝道截面上的位置。研究结果表明:长丝长时间停留在丝道某个位置对于增加网络丝的牢度是有利的,但是对提高网络度不利;能够让长丝在丝道截面上的运动轨迹类似于横8字的网络器可以为长丝提供良好的开松和旋转,有利于网络结的形成。椭圆形丝道截面的网络器可以加工出较高网络数和适中网络牢度的网络丝。 In order to make clear the effect of cross-sectional shape of yarn duct on yarn motion, this paper used optical fiber sensors to measure the motions of filaments in various cross-sectional shapes of yarn duct of interlacer. Several pairs of optical fiber sensors distributed in vertical and horizontal directions and the positions of the yarn were decided by whether it can shield the lights emitted from the light-serving optical fiber. It was found that filaments staying in certain position in yam duct for a long time was good for improving the strength of an interlaced yarn, but not good for the number of tangling parts. The cross-sectional shapes of yarn ducts which can make yam revolve like a modified form of figure 8 could provide better opening and revolving for filaments and the tangling parts could be formed easily. A kind of elliptical yam duct could produce the interlaced yam with large number and proper strength of tangles.
