摘要
城市轨道交通工程在前期研究过程中应与城市规划密切配合并充分互动,否则将导致工程建设过程中方案难以稳定、工程投资激增,或工程建成后乘客使用不方便、客流与运输能力不匹配等问题。结合多年从事城市轨道交通前期规划设计及后期实施阶段工作的经验体会,探讨城市轨道交通工程规划方案研究的必要性和研究内容,以达到切实稳定工程方案、明确规划条件、落实用地控制的目的,试图为解决这些问题提供系统性的工作思路。
Urban rail transit engineering should coordinate closely and interact fully with city planning in the early stage of the research, otherwise, it may lead to some problems during the construction, such as instability of scheme, surge of project investment, inconvenience to passengers after the project is completed, passenger flow not matching transportation capacity and etc. This dissertation, with reference to years of experiences in pre-planning, design and post-implementation phase of urban rail transit, discusses the necessity and content of urban rail transit engineering planning scheme research in order to achieve the objectives of practical stability of engineering scheme, clarifying planning requirements and implementation of land use control in an attempt to provide a systematical concept to solve these problems.
