摘要
在大量数据的基础上,分析我国城市轨道交通征地拆迁成本的现状,认为目前这项成本过高且有增长的趋势;从用地控制规划、车辆段规模、资源共享等方面,提出降低征地拆迁成本的措施和方法。
This paper analyses land requisition and building removal costs for urban rail transit in China on the basis of a large amount of data. The conclusion is that the cost involved is very high and tends to increase. Measures and methods on how to reduce land requisition and building removal costs are proposed from the point of view of land use control and planning, the scale of car depots and resource sharing.
