摘要
高校教学满意度研究有利于发现教学工作中的薄弱环节,为决策层提供参考、有针对性的完善规章制度,进一步提高高校的办学质量。基于模糊综合评价理论,采用同层次平均百分比方法简化确定子因素和因素指标权重,实现了模糊综合评价方法在教学满意度测评上的改进,经实证研究验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。
The teaching satisfaction research is helpful to find the weak point in the higher education teaching work, thus provides reference for policy makers and perfect the rules and regulations , further improve the quali-ty of running colleges and universities .Based on the application of the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , the average percentage of hierarchy method to simplified sub -factors and factors'index weight is used , and the improvement of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is realized on the teaching satisfaction evaluation .The empirical study verifies the validity and practicability of the model .
