摘要
目的探讨三维护理管理用于危重症院前急救中的价值。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年5月危重症院前急救患者280例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各140例。对照组接受常规院前急救护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施三维护理管理,对两组患者的急救情况进行观察。结果观察组院前急救成功率及急救物品安全性达标率分别为97.14%、100%,与对照组90.71%、93.57%相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为97.86%,与对照组80.71%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维护理管理可有效提高危重症患者院前抢救质量,也能提高患者护理满意率。
Objective To explore the value of three dimensional nursing management in pre critical care of critically ill patients. Methods 280 patients with critically ill pre hospital care in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to different methods of rescue and nursing, they were divided into observation group and control group, 140 cases in each group. The control group received routine pre-hospital care, the observation group on the basis of the control group, the implementation of three-dimensional nursing management, the first aid of two groups of patients were observed. Results The success rate of pre hospital first aid and the compliance rate of first aid items in observation group were 97.14% and 100% respectively, compared with the control group 90.71% and 93.57%, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.86%, compared with the control group of 80.71%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Three dimensional nursing management can effectively improve the emergency care quality of critically ill patients before hospitalization, and can also improve the patient satisfaction rate.
