摘要
利用现代光谱学分析技术的NMR谱、IR谱、UV谱、MS谱、TLC谱和元素分析等对甾体药物中间体6-亚甲基醋酸孕酮的结构进行分析,着重用单晶X-衍射技术对6-亚甲基醋酸孕酮的晶体进行解析,确定6-亚甲基醋酸孕酮分子的构型和构象。6-亚甲基醋酸孕酮晶体属于单斜晶系,P2(1)空间群,晶胞参数a=1.123 7(14)nm,b=0.997 6(13)nm,c=1.887(2)nm,α=γ=90.00°,β=90.387°,晶胞V=2.116(5)nm3,Dc=1.207 mg/m3,单个晶胞里含有4个分子Z=4,F(000)=823。
6-methylene progesterone acetate was characterized by NMR, IR, UV, MS, TLC and elemental analysis on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis, its molecular configuration, conformation and crystal structure was also elucidated by X-ray structure analysis. The crystal of 6-methylene progesterone acetate belongs to monoclinic crystallographic system, space group P2 (1), and unit cell parameters: a = 1.1237(14) nm, b=0.997 6(13) nm, c = 1. 887(2) nm, α=γ =90.00°,β~ =90. 387°, V= 2. 116(5) nm^3, Dc =1.207 mg/m^3, Z=4, F(000) =823.
