摘要
采用熏蒸法和点滴法测定丹皮提取物和丹皮酚对几种中药材害虫的熏蒸及触杀毒力试验结果表明,丹皮提取物对4种仓虫成虫的熏蒸活性大小顺序为:赤拟谷盗>谷蠹≥药材甲>玉米象,对药材甲成虫的熏蒸活性丹皮酚明显高于丹皮提取物,随着药物浓度或熏蒸时间的增加,试虫的死亡率明显增加丹皮提取物对药材甲成虫的触杀作用高于赤拟谷盗;对药材甲成虫的触杀作用丹皮提取物高于丹皮酚;随着药物点滴剂量或点滴处理后时间的增加。
Fumigation and
tip application were used to test the toxicity of fumigation and contact of moutan extracts or
Paeonol to several species of stored product insect adults of Chinese medicinal materials. The
results indicated that the order of fumigation toxicity of moutan extracts to insect adults was
Tribolium castaneum>Rhyzopertha dominicaStegobium paniceum>Sitophilus zeamais. The
fumigation toxicity of Paeonol to S. paniceum adults is significantly higher than that of moutan
extracts. The fumigation mortality of insect adults increased with increasing the concentration of
chemicals or airtight time.The contact toxicity of moutan extracts to S. paniceum adults was
significantly higher than that of T. castaneum adults. SimAuthor ilarly, moutan extracts to S.
paniceum adults was significantly higher than that of Paeonol. The contact mortality of insect
adults increased with increasing the dosage of compound or time after tip application.It was
confirmed that application of the indexes LC50 or LD50 and B of regression equation Y=A+BX to
compare the fumigation or contact toxicity of various chemicals against various insect species
was feasible. The less LC50 or LD50 value and the higher B value, the higher the fumigation of
contact toxicity of a chemical to a species of insect adults. The conclusions were the same as
those of the variance analysis.
