摘要
引入品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环,对精神科住院患者卫生合格率进行改进。精神科住院患者卫生合格率由活动前的67.14%提高为活动后的92.86%,达到了活动目标,提高了患者满意度,构建了和谐护患关系,提升了护理服务品质。
Introduced quality control circle,follow the PDCA cycle,improve the hygiene qualified rate among inpatients in psychiatric department. The hygiene qualified rate of inpatients raised from 67. 14% to 92.86% after the activities, which achieved the target, improved the patientg satisfaction, built a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improved the quality of the nurse care.
