摘要
目的探讨循环质量反馈模式在精神科患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2010年9月至2011年11月在精神科进行治疗的78例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)和观察组(循环质量反馈模式组)各39例,将两组患者护理前及护理后4周、8周的治疗依从性、BPRS量表、综合生活质量评定问卷、NOSIE-30量表评分和家属满意度进行评估及比较。结果护理干预后4周及8周观察组的治疗依从性、BPRS量表、综合生活质量评定问卷、NOSIE-30量表评分均优于对照组,而家属满意度也高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论循环质量反馈模式在改善精神科患者生存质量及疾病状态中均发挥着积极的作用,患者家属对此模式满意度也较高。
Objective To study the effect of quality feedback loop mode in the nursing of patients in the Department of Psychiatry. Methods Seventy-eight patients in the Department of Psychiatry from September 2009 to November 20!1 were selected as research^objects. The patients were rondomly divided into the control group （re- ceived routine nursing intervention） and the observation group （treated by quality feedback loop mode）, with 39 pa- tients in each group, Then the treatment compliance, BPRS score, comprehensive evaluation of life quality question- naire, NOSIE-30 score before and after the nursing intervention at the forth and eighth week as well as the family satisfaction were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The treatment compliance, BPRS score, com- prehensive evaluation of life quality questionnaire, NOSIE-30 score of the observation group after the nursing inter- vention at the forth and eighth week were all significantly higher than those of the control group, as well as the family satisfaction, all with P〈0.05. Conclusion The quality feedback loop mode plays an active role in improving the life quality and living state of patients in the Department of Psychiatry, with higher family satisfaction.
