摘要
目的:探讨精神科优质护理服务对提高专科护理服务质量和护理工作满意度的效果。方法:结合科室实际情况,增加人力资源配置,实行APN排班,简化护理文书,修订岗位职责,落实小组负责制,并将人文关怀贯穿于病人住院始终。结果:通过开展优质护理服务,病人对护理工作满意度及护理服务质量较前均有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务工作的开展,使护士观念转变,工作中融入更多的人文关怀,对提升护理服务品质具有重要意义。
Objective：To explore the nursing service to improve the quality of psychiatric nursing service quality and satisfaction of nursing effect.Methods：Combined with the actual situation of departments,increased the allocation of human resources,the implementation of APN scheduling,simplifying nursing instrument,revision of duties,the implementation group responsible for the system,and the humanistic care through patient always.Results：Through the development of high quality nursing service,patient satisfaction with nursing care and nursing service quality than before are significantly increased（P0.05）.Conclusion：High-quality of nursing service work,to enable nurses to idea change,work into a more humanistic concern,to enhance nursing service quality has important significance.
