摘要
通过对我国健身教练员的调查,分析该群体的特征以及存在的问题,为提高我国健身教练员从业素质,意在为国家有关部门完善健身教练员培养体系和制定相关政策、制度或在体育专业院校培养健身人才方面提供理论依据.
Through investigation of the present condition of trainers in China, and analysis of their character.sties and existing problems, it is intended to provide a theoretic basis for improving the quality of trainer, establishing relative policy and strategy of trainer training, and fostering special personnel in sports colleges and universities.
