摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径应用于股骨颈骨折患者健康教育中的效果。方法选择第一诊断为股骨颈骨折Garden分型III^IV期60例患者为研究对象并随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各30例。试验组运用临床路径进行健康教育,对照组按传统的方法进行健康教育。观察2组并发症的发生率、健康知识达标率、患者满意率、住院时间和费用等指标。结果试验组并发症的发生率、健康知识达标率、患者满意率、住院时间和费用等明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折临床护理路径能大大提高股骨颈骨折患者的健康教育效果,促进患者康复,具有科学性及可行性。
Objective Inquire into the effects of health education put in practice by clinical nursing pathway application among fractured neck of femur patients. Methods Select the first diagnosis with fractured neck of femur（Garden type 3-4） patients as subject investigated, divided them into control group and experimental group randomly, each group include 30 patients. The health education was put in practice by clinical nursing pathway among experimental group, and the traditional method was applicated among control group. The incidence of complication、standard rate of health knowledge,patient satisfaction rate, hospitalization time and costs were compared between the two groups. Results As compared with control group,the incidence of complication, standard rate of health knowledge,patient satisfaction rate, hospitalization time and costs in experimental group was better at last（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway have the scientific nature and feasibility, which could raise the effect of health education in fractured neck of femur patients, and promote rehabilitation.
