临床护理路径对中青年移位型股骨颈骨折手术治疗效果的影响被引量：12

摘要目的探讨临床护理路径对手术治疗中青年移位性股骨颈骨折患者效果的影响。方法将行经皮加压钢板与空心加压螺钉手术的移位性股骨颈骨折中青年患者80例分为2组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径模式护理。观察2组治疗效果。结果 2组均手术成功且痊愈,无严重并发症。2组术后住院时间与补液时间比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),观察组术后早期负重时间、褥疮预防护理时间、足泵使用时间均较对照组明显缩短(P均<0.05),弹力袜应用与便秘发生率均明显低于空心螺钉组(P均<0.05)。结论经皮加压钢板以及空心螺钉手术治疗中青年移位性股骨颈骨折患者时,选择临床护理路径完成护理服务能提高护理效率,缩短术后康复锻炼的时间,减少护理压力与负担,降低患者治疗与护理费用。
