精确复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定术治疗中青年股骨颈骨折 被引量：3

TREATMENT OF YOUNG AND MIDDLE AGED PEOPLE'S FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE WITH PRECISION REPOSITION AND INTERNAL FIXATION OF OPEN DEPRESSIVE SPIRAL NAIL

摘要 目的探讨中青年股骨颈骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效,以及如何减少中青年股骨颈骨折后股骨头的坏死率。方法对26例55岁以下股骨颈骨折病人实施空心加压螺纹钉内固定术,术中在C型臂严密监视下选择性地闭合复位或切开复位,术中务必对骨折精确复位,使股骨颈骨折达到近解剖复位。术后患肢禁负重一年。结果所有26例患者均得到随访,随访时间12～72个月,所有骨折按Garden分型,Ⅰ～Ⅱ型10例,骨折愈合,无股骨头坏死;Ⅲ～Ⅳ型16例,除1例出现股骨头坏死外,其余15例骨折全部愈合。结论精确达近解剖复位中青年股骨颈骨折是避免股骨头坏死的有效治疗方法,手术操作简单,术后股骨头坏死率低。但要掌握手术方法及技巧。C型臂术中透视必不可少。
