摘要
目的观察加味苇茎汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿60例,给予加味苇茎汤治疗,1剂/d。服药期间停用抗生素及其他止咳药,5 d后统计疗效。结果治愈47例,好转8例,无效5例,治愈率78.3%,总有效率91.7%。结论加味千金苇茎汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Weijing Decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 60 cases that suitable to the standard（CVA） were given the modified Weijing Decoction,1 dose a day. During the treatment,antibiotics and other cough medicine were not applied. 5 days after,the statistical effect was calculated. Results 47 cases were cured,8 cases improved,5 cases ineffective,the cure rate was 78. 3%,the total efficiency was 91. 7%. Conclusion Modified Weijing Decoction can treat children with（CVA） satisfactorily.
