摘要
目的观察甘麦大枣汤联合栀子豉汤治疗更年期女性慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的68例更年期女性慢性咳嗽患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊口服,治疗组采用甘麦大枣汤联合栀子豉汤治疗,4个疗程后,对比2组疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(82.35%)明显高于对照组(23.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组咳嗽症状积分、咽疾症状积分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应出现率(0%)低于对照组(20.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1个月后,治疗组复发率(17.86%)低于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘麦大枣汤联合栀子豉汤治疗更年期女性慢性咳嗽可有效提升患者临床疗效,减少复发率及不良反应发生率,临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Zhizichi Decoction in the treatment of chronic cough in menopausal women.Methods A total of 68 menopausal female patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given the compound methoxamine capsules orally,while the treatment group was given Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Zhizichi Decoction.After 4 courses of treatment,the efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(82.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(23.53%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the cough symptom score,pharyngeal symptom score and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.59%)(P<0.05).After one month of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group(17.86%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with Zhizichi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the menopausal women patients with chronic cough,reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a better clinical performance.
