摘要
用苯胺和环氧丙烷为原料,在铜系(Cu-Zn O-Mn O/Si O2)催化剂作用下闭环得到3-甲基吲哚。采用正交设计研究确定了最佳合成工艺参数为:n苯胺:n环氧丙烷为3:1,n H2O:n环氧丙烷为10:1,最终环合温度350℃,反应时间为25h。在最佳条件下收率达66%以上,纯度为98%以上,达到了优化的目的。
In this article, we used Aniline and Epoxy propane as raw materials, under the copper System (Cu-ZnO-MnO / SiO2) catalyst, closed-loop and successfully obtain 3-methyl-indole. By studying the orthogonal design,we determine the optimum synthesis process parameters: n Aniline : n Epoxy propane is 3:1, nH2O: n Epoxy propane is 10:1, The final cyclization temperature 350 ℃, reaction time is 25h. Under the optimal conditions, the yield was above 66%, the purity was more than 98%. In this way, we achieve the purpose of optimization.
