摘要
用三种方法制备了离子交换型铜系催化剂 ,分别测定了它们对甲醇脱氢生成甲酸甲酯的活性 ,并对其进行了表征。结果表明 ,离子交换型 Cu Zr O2 /Si O2 催化剂具有较高的铜比表面和催化活性及稳定性。 Zr O2 和Zn O有助催化作用 ,而 Zn Si O3无助催化作用。
Three copper based catalysts are prepared by ion exchange method and tested for the dehydrogenation reaction of methanol, as well as are characteried. The experiment results show that CuZrO 2/SiO 2 catalyst by ion exchange method has larger specific surface of copper, heigher catalysis activity and stability. ZrO 2 and ZnO possess promoted catalysis and ZnSiO 3 don't.
