摘要
采用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了苯乙烯-丁二烯-异戊二烯三元橡胶(SIBR)增韧制备的具有超高冲击强度的高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的微观结构,发现SIBR增韧HIPS的形态结构不是传统的海-岛结构,而是一种形状规整的立体网络结构。冲击断面照片显示SIBR增韧主要以剪切屈服为主,从而增强了材料的抗冲击性能。
The microstructure of high impact polystyrene having super high impact strength (S-HIPS) was observed by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).An analysis was carried out for comparing S-HIPS and HIPS prepared with polybutadiene rubber (BR).The result shows that the phase structure of S-HIPS possesses the feature of regular stereo network,instead of the conventional“sea-island”morphology.The electronic micrographs reveal that the toughening mechanism of acts mainly in the mode of shear yielding,thereby resulting in an enhanced impact resistance of the material.
