摘要
采用问卷调查法,对广州市海珠区270名新生代农民工的信息需求及其对海珠区图书馆的利用情况进行调研。海珠区新生代农民工的信息需求满足度不高,对海珠区图书馆的利用率较低。建议公共图书馆应坚持以平等的视角对待新生代农民工,多途径宣传并突出图书馆的公益性质,提高服务的便利性,创新读者活动,提升分馆管理水平。
With a questionnaire survey conducted among 270 new-generation migrant workers at Haizhu District in Guangzhou,this article explores their information needs and their access to Haizhu Public Library. The results show that the information needs of the new generation of migrant workers in Haizhu District are not well satisfied and the access to Haizhu Public Library is limited. It is recommended that public libraries adhere to the idea of‘equitable services＇,carry out publicity in various ways,especially focusing on library＇s openness and free access,improve the accessibility of library services,plan innovative reader activities and improve the managerial level of branch libraries.
