摘要
了解外来务工人员的知识素养与知识需求,有助于图书馆向其提供有效知识援助。2007年12月至2008年1月,课题组对深圳市925名外来务工人员进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示,外来务工人员信息知识能力在整体上依然比较高,获取信息知识的渠道比较丰富。他们对信息知识作用的感知是良好的,阅读内容广泛,求知欲望也很强,但工作压力大与业余时间少是外来务工人员阅读难以及图书馆利用难的主要原因。
If libraries know the migrant - workers＇ knowledge abilities and needs, then it will do good for them to afford effective knowledge aid for these migrant - workers. From December 2007 to January 2008, our studying team surveyed 925 migrant - workers in Shenzhen by means of questionnaire. The investigation results reflect that, on the whole, the migrant - workers informarion abilities and knowledge skills are better, and their channels of acquiring information and knowledge are more. They also rec- ognize the important roles of information and knowledge, so they read widely and yearn for knowledge. However, the higher job stress and the less spare time become the main factors which let them feel hard to read and difficult to use various libraries.
