现代运动休闲的理论与实践的框架体系的核心源于西方,随着近年来全球化趋势的蔓延,西方运动休闲传入中国,与中国本土文化融合发展,其所承载着的价值观念也随之深入人心,成为现代社会的一种生活方式和生活理念,也成为人们的传统体育观转变的具象表现。
