摘要
采用文献资料法,从不同视角对休闲、体育、休闲体育的价值认识以及未来走向进行研究。认为:休闲和体育都是人类文化的结晶,生命的延续和平衡需要体育运动;体育与休闲是相互作用的辩证统一体;休闲活动是人类发展的本性需求;人类对于休闲体育的发展和价值认识具有相似性。未来我国休闲体育的发展将体现如下发展趋势:体育休闲将带动体育产业的迅速发展;未来的体育将实现从"从工具到玩具"的转变,休闲体育的价值进一步凸显;我国的休闲体育学科建设将进一步完善,休闲体育专业人才逐年增多。
