当前高职生的个性发展与成熟面临的挑战愈发明显。加强高职生的心理健康辅导,对这些未来社会的主要从业者有针对性地做好心理健康的层级教育与辅导,切实提升高职生的综合素养,提升他们作为未来从业者的自我效能,对于高职院校的稳定和谐以及社会的文明进步,都有着极其重要的意义。
