摘要
高职院校学生心理特点具有特殊性,相当一部分学生存在不良的情绪问题、行为问题、低自尊等,高职院校的心理危机干预体系构建显得尤其重要。在系统论的视角下,将高职院校心理危机干预体系看作一个系统,将预防体系、预警体系、应急处置体系、后干预体系看作是子系统,就可以根据系统的本质属性使高职院校心理危机干预系统达到最优化。
Under the pressure of the coexistence of vocational education and diploma education, the students have unique psychological characteristics, and some even suffer from emotional or behavior problems. Therefore, it is important to construct the psychological crisis intervention system in higher vocational colleges. Based on system theory, the system can achieve the optimized effects with the support of its subsystems including the prevention system, early warning system, emergency disposal system and post-intervention system.
